We partner with a network of expert local farmers in East Java to source our inventory. The photos you see are highly representative of the genetics, size, and variegation quality of the batch. Because we hand-select each order directly from our partnered nurseries before shipping, you may not receive the exact single plant photographed, but you will receive one of equal or greater quality and size.
We update our inventory weekly as we source the best new stock from our local growers. Sign up for our newsletter to receive restock alerts.
Yes. It is a legal requirement for international plant export. We handle the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture inspection and documentation, and we include the Phytosanitary Certificate entirely free of charge with your order.
Processing takes 4–7 business days. We collect your plant from the farm, clean the roots, transition the plant to sterile sphagnum moss, and wait for government inspectors to issue the free certificate before shipping.
It depends on your country.
- USA: Orders of 12 plants or fewer do not require an import permit. Orders of 13+ require a USDA APHIS PPQ 587 permit.
- EU/UK/Canada/Other: Buyers must verify their local customs regulations prior to purchasing. We are not liable for packages seized due to a lack of required buyer-side import permits.
To comply with international soil regulations, plants are shipped bare-root. Roots are wrapped in moist, sterile sphagnum moss. Foliage is protected with dacron/cotton, insulated against temperature shifts, and immobilized inside rigid, crush-proof corrugated boxes.
We ship exclusively via DHL Express. Once the free Phytosanitary Certificate is issued and the box is dispatched, transit typically takes 4–8 days worldwide, pending customs clearance.
Yes. We monitor destination weather and include specialized thermal insulation and heat packs free of charge for orders shipping to cold climates.
We guarantee the plant will arrive alive. If the plant arrives dead or with catastrophic rot, we will provide a plant replacement. We do not offer cash refunds. Requirement: You must email us an unedited, continuous unboxing video within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time to claim a replacement.
Prolonged transit in total darkness causes stress. Dropping an oldest leaf, minor yellowing, or slight cosmetic browning are normal acclimation behaviors and are not covered under the LAG.
Do not repot immediately. Leave the roots in the shipping moss, hydrate if dry, and place the plant in high humidity (70%+) with bright, indirect light. Wait at least 14–21 days for the plant to acclimate before transitioning it to your preferred aroid mix.
